  1. Reconstitute Ramen noodles in milk until edible, but not fully cooked with blender or food processor, 1 - 2 mins each side. Process noodles with 1/2 cup of milk until smooth.
  2. Add yolks, Can O' Budder™, Parmesan, and salt. Mixture should be somewhat gloppy.
  3. Transfer into piping bag, Ziploc works just fine.
  4. Cover sheet tray with flour.
  5. Once dough is completely cooled, snip 1/2" hole into corner of bag.
  6. Begin to pipe dough over floured tray while snipping off 1" pieces with scissors, or anything that will give you a straight edge.
  7. Cover dough with flour and allow to set in refrigerator for 3-4 hours (or overnight, the longer the better)
  8. Once gnocchi are set, bring pot of heavily seasoned water to boil (should taste like the ocean) and boil gnocchi for 1 minute.
  9. Immediately transfer to tray, drizzle with oil, and place in refrigerator to cool down.
  10. In saute pan, melt 1tbsp Can O' Budder with 1 tbsp Olive Oil over med-high heat.
  11. Once oil is hot, add gnocchi and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
  12. Away from heat, add 2oz water.
  13. Return to heat and reduce to 1oz then Add softened (not melted) Can O' Budder™ and shake pan to incorporate air/make butter sauce.
  14. Add Parsley and season to taste. and garnish with Tarragon, Chives, and more Parmesan.
